There are too few of Covey’s quadrants! I had to subdivide the “urgency” axis for my personal tasks:

1. Needs to be done today
2. Urgency increases with time (fixed due date, or a problem that worsens with time)
3. Urgent with unpredictable due date (emergency preparation)
4. Not urgent
