I don’t know if it matters as much for their development, but my kid parenting habits are bleeding into my cat parenting. Like, “I’m need this chair soon, okay? Oh, you don’t want to get up? Well, I have to get something downstairs anyway, so you can have 2 more minutes, okay?”
